We don’t just manage IT for you, Micro Symplex’s Private Cloud Computing offers a fully functional IT environment for your office or for hosting in our data center.  This enables deployment of virtual machines, Rich Thin Clients, and Unbreakable storage. It effectively combines advanced technologies such as image templates, server and desktop virtualization, along with Redundant Array of Inexpensive Nodes (RAIN) utilizing BitSpread Storage to provide a utility computing platform for businesses at an affordable price. The Private Cloud platform can be self-managed by our support staff or fully-monitored and managed by our data center Network Operations Center (NOC).

Micro Symplex’s platform solution offers a fully functional IT environment for the office utilizing virtual servers, desktops, and rich thin clients. Integrated RAIN storage, template driven virtual machines, and business continuity provide utility computing at an affordable price.  The result is an entirely fault-tolerant, highly reliable and scalable platform that provides full functionality out-of-the-box, catering to small business IT requirements.

Micro Symplex’s starter kit includes two clustered host servers and is designed to support a small business with up to ten users and one virtual server. This starter kit can be dynamically expanded to accommodate medium-sized deployments. Scalability is achieved by adding one or more host servers to the cluster to create additional CPU, memory or storage capacity as needed.

Micro Symplex offers Thin Client options for your users. These client devices provide a rich user experience with enhanced graphics and USB redirection support. With Thin Clients, user data is centralized. This approach creates the ability to manage user desktops more efficiently and maximize uptime.
